使用方式： 1.洗澡後，睡前使用。逛街前後都可以使用。 2.撕開透明膠，即可貼於腳底。 3.已撕開紙袋未使用到的貼布，可置於冰箱收放。(勿置於冷凍) 4.一次使用一張，勿重複使用，如已感到不涼時，即可撕除。

Product Usage
1. Use it after shower or before going to bed.
2. Clean the skin before using.
3. Remove the transparent film and stick the cooling sheet to the required area.
4. Do not remove whole transparent film. Firstly to remove half of the transparent film and stick the cooling sheet onto the leg. Then remove the other half of transparent film and stick the cooling sheet onto the legs flatly.
